Question
Are perfumes and body creams accepted while fasting?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
A fasting person may use attars, creams and deodorants and may apply them on hands and face.
However, some of the Muslim scholars are of the view that it is disliked to use incense as they think that some of its substance may enter the stomach. Nonetheless, the correct opinion is that using incense does not break fast but it is better to avoid doing so in order to avoid the difference of opinion.
