Question
Is there any specific Fatwa for the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina related to Halal food, Niqab and other situations?
Answer
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
Rulings of Shari'a are inescapable for all Muslims regardless of where they are living. There is no difference between places as for as the Shari'a rulings are concerned.
Therefore, we do not have any especial Fatwa concerning the rulings of Shari'a for Bosnia and Herzegovina. The rulings of Shari'a there are the same as for other Muslims.
However, if there is any peculiar condition we need to know it, to be able to issue a Fatwa that suits that condition.
