Question
I am 26 years old and I have just got married. My question relates to the things which are allowed in the life of the couple. I do not live with my wife in the same country and we try always to speak via the messenger(msn), and sometimes happen to us to talk about the subject of the sexual practice and speaking how we will do that in details, more especially as my wife asks me sometimes to send her a photograph to my sexual organ because she likes to see it. We often make oral love (she likes to suck my body and my organ). I want to know if these practices are halal and do not prove that one is touched by psychic diseases? We are pious make our prayer on time, speak about the religion, and make daily dhikr... My wife has worn the veil a long time. But these desires often come us, and we want to be sure that this is not haram like: the anus, the penetration when the woman is regulated and all other hurts.Explain to me please another, if my wife likes this, I can be doubtful that she made this before in haram with others men!! I am sure that she is very faithful but I want to know if this practice can come from her imagination.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
Taking the photograph of your private parts and sending it to your wife is not permitted since others might see it. Above all if other people carry out the process of developing the picture then it becomes Haram at first hand. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "Conceal your Awrah except from your wife or your slave woman." [ al-Tirmizi ]
Also, the picture may arouse your wife's sexual desire while she cannot satisfy it through Halal way so, it may lead her to many other bad deeds such as masturbation or looking at Haram etc. Therefore, we strongly advise you to bring your wife to live with you or you return to your wife. Living apart from each other in this situation is not allowed since both of you are subject to temptation. Know that anal sex or having sex during her monthly period is forbidden even if she is interested in it. The Prophet said: "May Allah curse the one who practices anal sex with his wife." [ Ahmad and Abu Dawood ].
Finally, you should not allow the devilish insinuations as long as your wife is a faithful woman. We advise you to read the following Fatawa:81556 and 81608.
