Question
Is it admissible to perform Khutbha by ladies for Eid prayer or for Fardh prayers?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
It is not permitted for women to deliver the sermon of Friday or ‘Eed without any disagreement among the scholars as far as we know.
The scholars are of different opinions concerning the validity of the prayer that is led by a woman for a group of women.
Some scholars are of the opinion that it is not permitted for a woman to lead other women in any Prayer.
Imam Maalik 
said: “It is not permitted for a woman to lead anyone in Prayer.”
However, according to the preponderant opinion, it is allowed for her to lead only women in Prayers.
