Question
Is it Haram when wife don't give her husband intercourse when they are mad at each other if so how can I repent so Allah and my diseased husband can forgive me. We always have good sex just when we get mad we would say I am not going to give u none or he will say same after 2-5 day then we would have it I never liked having sex when I am mad I think most of people same they don't be happy to do that when one is mad.
Answer
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. A wife has to obey her husband whenever he wishes to have sexual intercourse with her, even if she were at the furnace (meaning too busy preparing bread or food) or on a camel. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: If a husband calls his wife (to have sex with her) then she must respond even if she were (working) at the furnace. [Reported by at-Tirmizi ]. He also said: …..even if he asked for it (sexual intercourse) while she was on a camel. Being in dispute with her husband is not a justification for abstaining from his bed. She may ask him the permission not to have sexual intercourse with him, but if he refuses, then she has to obey him in order to get Allah's reward and pleasure. She who abstains from her husband's bed has to repent to Allah from this sin and ask for her husband's forgiveness. If he is dead then she has to pray and ask forgiveness for him. This is hopefully enough to expiate that sin, Insha Allah (Allah Willing). Allah knows best.
