Question
Can a woman to use the 'Miswaak'? Please advice, with Hadeeth, if possible.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
Using the Miswaak (i.e. wooden tooth brush) is desirable for men and women alike, and there is no distinction because the evidence in this matter is general. Abu Daawood
reported that 'Aa'ishah 
said that the Prophet 
used to give her the Miswaak to wash for him, so she would start by cleaning her teeth with it and then she would wash it and give it back to him.
