Question
Why Allaah created in (Shikandi) means not male or not female like peoples but look like male what purpose Allaah created I'm from India in Kerala.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
First of all, you should know that Allaah is All-Wise in His Creation and His Will. Indeed He is the All-Knower, the All-Wise. He Knows everything, and everything that He Created or Legislated is for a wisdom. Allaah Says (what means): {Indeed, Allaah is ever All-Knower, All- Wise.} [Quran 4:11]. Since our mind is lacking and deficient, and our knowledge is limited, we may not be aware of much wisdom, but sometimes, we may know some of it.
A hermaphrodite, i.e. the one who has both male and female reproductive organs, or the one who has none of it but has only a hole from which he urinates, is one of this creation.
Indeed Allaah Has many wisdoms in creating such a creation.
Among these wisdoms are the following:
1- To show His Power and Will in his creation. He is able to create His Creature as He Wishes. Allaah Says (what means): {It is He Who shapes you in the wombs as He wills.}[Quran 3:6].
2- Allaah tests the one who is created in this form, so if he is patient on this affliction, he will be successful, and if he is discontent, he will be a loser. The Prophet said: "The greatness of the extent of the reward is proportional to the greatness of the affliction. When Allaah loves some people, He afflicts them. So, those of them who are content get the reward of being content while those who get angry get the punishment of being discontent." [At-Tirmithi]
3- Allaah tests other people by creating a hermaphrodite. Some people would benefit from this and realize the blessing of Allaah on them and become grateful to Him, whereas other people might not learn the lesson and not benefit from it; rather, they will mock such person, so they are sinful.
