My child was 3 years and he try to go to the bathroom to make bibi. But before he goes he makes 2 or 3 drops of bibi in his underwear. And put his hand in his underwear and touch anything, touch me and stay in the chairs before go to the bathroom. I didn't know that he makes bibi what can I do? What he touches with his hand and if he touches me? What I can do replace my clothes and if I was pray and discover this after pray I have to return my pray? As I afraid that may be he touches me. Please answer me.
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
In principle the hand of a boy is pure even if he is not careful in avoiding impure items as long as it is confirmed that his hand is not impure. It is not an obligation to wash whatever he touches with his hand. Doubts cannot overrule that which is certain. The mother should not have whispers because her son has some drops of urine coming out. However, if there is in his hand a real wet impurity, then it is an obligation to wash whatever he touched with it, so if he touched your clothes or body, it is an obligation to wash whatever he touched with his hand in order to make it pure.
If you are sure that his hands had impurities, but you doubt if the clothes and the like are touched with it, then it would be enough to splash some water on whatever you have doubts. However, it is not an obligation to change clothes after being stained with impurity but it would be enough to wash the place of impurity or splash water on it as mentioned.
Whoever performed the prayer and then came to know that there was an impurity in his clothes after he had performed the prayer, his prayer is correct and he is not obliged to make it up. This is the view of Ibn 'Umar, 'Ataa', and Sa'eed Ibn Al-Musayyib and the view of the Maaliki and Shaafi'ee schools according to a narration from Ahmad; this is also the preponderant opinion of Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah. Moreover, the evidences prove that this opinion is correct.
Allaah Knows best.
