Question
Is it permissible for a son born out of adultery or fornication after his father recognized him as his son to marry one his father's daughters?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
It is not permissible for a person born out of adultery or fornication to marry his father's daughters, whether or not they are legitimate daughters, as all of them are from the same father. Nonetheless, the son of adultery or fornication does not have any rights on his father, like his father spending on him, or him inheriting his father and so forth.
