Question
Do girls have wet dreams like men?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
When a girl reaches the age of having menses, then she may have wet dreams like a man. It is confirmed that Umm Salamah 
narrated that Umm Sulaym came to the Prophet 
and asked him: "O Prophet of Allaah, Allaah is not shy of the truth, is a woman obliged to perform Ghusl if she has a wet dream? The Prophet replied: "Yes, if she sees the (white) discharges.” So Umm Salamah covered her face [out of shyness] and asked: “Does a woman have wet dreams?” He replied: “Yes, how is it then that her child resembles her?" [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Ibn Hajar
in his interpretation of the above narration said: 'The above narration is evidence that some women have wet dreams but some others do not have wet dreams, it is for this reason that Umm Salamah found this very strange. Nonetheless, the answer proves that what she found strange is the existence of sperm in principle.'
To conclude, a woman has wet dreams exactly like a man, and she desires him like he desires her.
