Dear grand Imam, Would you please let me know that: if a woman feed children with her breast milk more then five times, without the permission of thier parents and only and only for evil motivation (to aviod thier future marriages), does it apply FOST (Rezait). should you happen to have any queries, please feel free to contact me, BEst regards zabi
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
If it is confirmed that this woman had breastfed each of the children five times [or more] and this took place when they were below two years of age, then this suckling is taken into account and the ruling of suckling relationship applies. For instance, they become suckling brothers and sisters, and the male amongst them is prohibited from marrying the female.

The intention of this suckling woman to make the children prohibited from marrying each other does not have any effect on the confirmation of suckling. However, she is sinful for having this intention and she is obliged to repent. To prove that she has sincerely repented, she should ask the parents of these children to forgive her.
