asalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wa barakauth.. i read mostly fatwas related to jins and majic in here..these days as qayamat is getting closer and closer, people are more involved in doing majic and secrets stuff..and they are also getting exposed cause nothing are hidden any more and the truth is coming out. my auncle he is close friend with big sufis family, and the sufis family they gives taweez to people..but in reality their house is protected by intelligence agencies as they are probably in kind of deal sharing intellegince with them...my family is been victim of them(Sufis and my Aucnle)..i have evidence that they are responsible for my sister almost got divorced, till our eyes Allah (sw) opened, and also we been through alot of hard ships but we were steadfast Alhamdulilah on our faith..we been so close to death soo many times but Allah(sw) saved us..since my mom married to my father and now i am 20yrs old, these been happening to us..not only to us but my Mom Family..and even My Auncle seems to not even care abt his Other Brothers too. Every thursday and friday they use to give us some to eat or if we were far they will call us..and after that we will get sick or fight each oter stuffs like that...now i am sure they know that we know abt them but still they wont stop at nothing but they got worse and trying to finish us or our loves one...So what shoul We do? exposing them will not do much as most people know abt them but cant do much as they are Rich or Suffis but in reality worst kind of Magicians/ Besides Quran what are other ways to Defeat them like learning from Good Aamils..Aalims...or The Final death penalty as they are even guilty of deaths of our 2 loves one that we know of and trying to kill us.. Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
First of all, we ask Allaah to make a way out to your difficulties and your family's, and to protect you from any calamity, and wipe out your sins due to what befell you.
It should be noted that it is very serious to accuse your relatives of having done magic and evil to you unless you are certain about this or that there are some indications which predominantly make you believe that they did this to you.
As regards what you should do and whether or not there is any cure in addition to the Quran; first of all, we advise you to supplicate Allaah because supplication is the best weapon a believer possesses, and it is a way of achieving many benefits, but many people are negligent about it. Secondly, you should sincerely repent to Allaah from your sins because sins can cause calamities. Allaah Says (what means): {And whatever strikes you of disaster — it is for what your hands have earned; but He pardons much.}[Quran 42:30].
However, if you are certain that it is your relatives who are harming you with magic or that you predominantly think so because of incidents that strongly indicate this, then it is permissible for you to cut the ties of kinship with them and not accept their gift, whether it is food or else, in order to be safe from their evil.
As regards killing them, we do not think that this is permissible for two reasons:
1- It is only the Islamic judge who may implement the Hadd (i.e. the corporal punishment determined by the Islamic Law) on people, because if every one is allowed to do so, anarchy and evil will spread. For more benefit, please refer to Fatwa 90225.
2- Killing them –if they deserve to be killed –can lead to a greater evil than the evil of them harming you, as you may be imprisoned or even killed [because of killing them].
