Question
From where will the Antichrist emerge?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and messenger.
It was narrated that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, mentioned that the Antichrist will appear in a land in the east called Khorasan. It is located in 
the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said that the Antichrist will emerge from Yahoodiyyah in Isfahan and that seventy thousand Jews would be with him. [Ahmad]
There is no contradiction between the two aforementioned narrations because Khorasan is a large region which includes many towns and Isfahan is one of them. Ibn Katheer 
reconciled the two narrations, saying that the Antichrist will first appear in Isfahan in a district called Yahoodiyyah. His emergence is one of the Major Signs of the Hour and is a grave tribulation. We invoke Allaah The Almighty to grant us safety and wellbeing.
