Problem with Wadi

I have a problem in praying. I can't do Salat in it's time in work but my colleagues do because I suffer for the problem of Wadi (thick white discharge from penis) so I can't change my intern clothes because I'm at work. Consequently I don't pray in time, so can I just do Wudu without changing my intern clothes? If I had to change them, I should change.. More
