Making up for missed prayers if their number is not known

Staying up all night to seek knowledge is better than voluntary night prayer
Assalaamu alaykum. My question is the following: which of the two is better, praying at night or staying up late at night to seek knowledge? Also, when did the Salaf (pious predecessors) sleep when they remained awake all night? I do not think that they used to waste the blessings of the morning?

It is not an obligation on the followers to give the imaam of the masjid a monthly salary
Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh. Should an imam be placed on a monthly salary, even when the followers are not financially viable. Or is it mandatory that an imam take 1/5 of what ever value or volume of money or items are donated to the masjid? Please, support your answers with either a Quranic verse or a sound hadith. Driving to mosque in car purchased with interest money

Smiling does not invalidate the prayer, but boisterous laughing does
I know that laughing out loud invalidates Salah, but what about a quite laugh like that is not as obvious as laughing out loud - does this also invalidate Salah?

She misses Thuhr and ‘Asr prayers because of work
assalamu ‘alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh, I am a single mother and I work 9hrs a day in the medical field where I cannot take a break to offer salah. This means I will miss Dhuhr and Asr prayers. Does that mean that when I make them up once I get home that Fajr, Maghrib, and Isha are then invalid, or does that mean that dhuhr and Asr are invalid?
