Praying four Rak’ahs before Thuhr and four after it
Dear Scholar. Assalam-o-Aliekom! There is a Hadith mentioned in your fatwa no. 84719 that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "If anyone keeps on praying regularly four Raka'h before and four after the noon prayer, he will not enter the Hell-fire" [ Abu Dawood and al-Tirmizi ]. He works on a ship and cannot pray Jumu'ah
Salaam Alikum, I work on a ship andI have no way of going to the Masjid since my ship is in the middle of the ocean. So can I download some kutbas from YouTube and for Jumma watch the khutba in my room and pray two rakat? I feel bad that I can't pray jumma and don't know what else to do

He is prevented from prayer during rehab sessions
Im im a drug rehab program and during group im not allowed to pray. They dont want any disturbance even youre not allowed to use the rest room. If I insist on praying during group hours I can go back to jail. Ive been there many times and my mother wont be to happy. What should I do .. More

Observing sequence in making up missed prayers
salama aleikoum ustadh, I read there is ikhtilaaf in making up prayers in order, hanafiyyah and malikiyyah says if more than 6 then one doesn't have to make it up in order which i belief is the most correct but i am hanbali (although not at all costs everytime without proof). Their Imaam often comes late and misses the congregational prayers

Praying Sunnah Rak'ahs of Fajr after the Iqaamah

In their Masjid, a rich man reserves a place and prayer is delayed until his arrival
Assalamalaikum wr wb should we pray in a masjid where a "rich guy" occupies a place and tells the imams and the masjid workers to keep a place reserved for him in the first row.. Sujood as-Sahw for reciting Al-Faatihah twice in the same Rak'ah
As salam Alaikum. In fajr prayer today Imam first recited Surah Fatiha and then a Surah with Sajdah and we all went in sajdah and standup again and Imam again recited Surah fatiha and then some verses of other Surah. Imam finished the prayer as usual. Somebody from behind asked to repeat the prayer as Imam has not done Sajdah Sahw due to extra recitation.. More
