Moved to the back of the mosque to make up the Rak'ahs he missed with the Imaam

Praying with a slight deviation from Qiblah
Salaam alia kum,
We have installed a new carpet (containing rows) in our office prayer room. The Qibla diection is offset between 4 - 8 %. We are aware that the direction is offset, do we need to re-install the carpet in the correct direction or is it ok to continue praying offset by 4 - 8%. Please send Fatwa soon.

Moving the index finger during Tashahhud
This is a question based on fatwa no.81988.If both moving the finger & not moving are correct,can I do the both in my prayers(Except Fajr). IS it true..

A traveler can combine the prayers only after starting his journey
After I prayed a friday jumuah prayer then suddenly I have to travel to one place in which I can not cath up the mid-afternoon or ashr prayer when I reached the place where to go. My question is that, is it allowed for me to pray ashr prayer but not yet in prescribed time before I go to travel.
