Whether Muslim is killed for killing Mu'aahad
Assalaamu alaykum. There is a hadith that says that Prophet Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam,killed a Muslim as punishment for killing a Mu'aahid(a person who is granted the pledge of protection by the Muslims)and said that he was to fulfill the covenant. So my question is: can a Muslim be killed as punishment for killing an innocent non-Muslim?

Grandfather is not killed for killing his grandchild from the son or the daughter
Is the maternal grandfather killed for killing his grandchild? Its been stated in previous fatwas that the father and mother are exempt from the hadd punishment of killing their children. Does this also apply to grandparents from both sides of the family? Please clarify.

Salaam alaikum, I would like to know about a quote from the jurists you mentioned in fatwa200403 “The parents are the reason for the existence of the child; so the child should not be a reason for their execution.” Could you give some of the names of the jurists who hold this view and what books they are quoted in? A housemaid killing a baby unintentionally
Assalamu Alaikum, A baby died when the asian housemaid who is only 17 years old was giving the baby milk from bottle and when the baby's parents were not in home. The baby died accidentally due to suffocation and incorrect handling by the maid. The baby's parents allege that the maid killed the baby and did not forgive the housemaid nor willing to accept.. a man killed his 2 sisters (one his own sister, another cousin) on account of unsocial deeds, (nude model-ing, may be prostituting etc).

Punishment of a man who killed his wife
Assalamualaikum,
Its very sad but, I want to know.
One of my sisters is burnt alive by her husband,we rush her to the hospital but after a day she died. Before dying she told that her husband beat her with belt tied her, put kerosene & burnt her .She has left a girl child 2 1/2 years old & a baby boy of just an year.
