A controversial brokerage partnership

Part of his education fees were paid from bribe money
My father is a government officer and is hard working and always achieves his official targets, but some times he takes bribe,though the amount of bribery is not very large and is taken ocassionaly. His grandfather's inheritance was not divided according to Sharee'ah
I have question regarding inheritance division. My grandfather passed away in 1984 leaving 1 wife, 1 son (my father) and 4 daughters. He had a house, a piece of land and a shop.
