Lobbying to receive government services
Salam Alaikum,
Islamic Ruling on Lobbying:
I wish to know Islamic ruling on lobbying. I am a government worker in a society that largely provides official services based lobbying. These services include staff welfare, training, attending workshops, participating in beneficial meetings.

Their mother distributed most of her property among them as a gift
Inheritence in Shariah possible only after the death of the owner of the property. But in our family some of the heirs were gifted shares by their mother amounting to 2/3 of the property.
Those who stick to the correct shareeah concept refused to accept their shares as done above, hence they stand to loose on their due portion if all members claim.. More

Borrowing money with Riba for making an eyebrow hair transplantation

His uncle adopted a girl and gifted her his property

My Uncle (elder to my father) is having no child and he has adopted a girl and upbringing her. His almost all property is gifted to her by him. I have listened that it is not (gift of property) is allowed in Islam.

A dead father has one sister, six daughters and two sons (one of them died)
A man died leaving house . One of his sister is alive, he has six daughters and two sons . He may not return to his job that is paying for his studies abroad
Salam.. my job is paying for my Phd studies overseas but under the condition that I return to work for them after I graduate.
I am not 100% sure i would be able to go back and work for them after I finish my studies, is the money they are paying the university and paying me Haraam earning?

Is the excuse that softwares(e.g.Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop) are very expensive valid given by the one who uses pirated versions of these. Does anyone have a right in Islam to use.. More
