Touching the Qur'an in an impure state, even in menses
In August of this year (2003), Sheik Fouzie stated at a conference in Amsterdam that it is not obligatory to make Wudu before reading the Qur'an, even during the menstrual period. A friend who was there reported this to me. I was a little bit shocked. Is this statement true?

Giving a copy of the Qur'an to a non-Muslim
In 1996, when I was doing a course in USA, I gave a Tafsir book to a non-Muslim for study. I know probably he will not make Wudu before reading the Tafsir. Have I done any mistake for that? Do I need to give Kaffara (expiation) for that mistake?.. More

1) Can a woman memorize Qur'an during her menses?2) If a woman has prolonged discharge and must make Wudu before every prayer, what is the most she go without making Wudu?
