Name of Allaah kept in wallet in back pocket of pants

How to dispose of papers with any reference to Allaah Almighty

Is it permissible for one suffering from enuresis to touch the Mus-haf?
I am a Quran teacher. I am suffering from colitis and cannot help passing wind at very short intervals. So, is it binding upon me to perform ablution after each time I pass wind? Knowing that if I do so, I will be forced to perform ablution about ten times throughout the school day, which makes it difficult for me, and wastes the time of the pupils.

Touching the Torah and the Gospel in case of minor or major impurity
