Claiming that a disbeliever is a Muslim is a lie, not apostasy
Please, what is the ruling on lying to (two muslims) by telling them that a disbeliever is a muslim (though in the Muslim's heart, he does not believe that this disbeliever is a Muslim)? The Hanafi ruling on saying (I am not a Muslim if I am lying) while he is lying
Please reply to the question according to the Hanafi school of thought. If a person says, "If I am not speaking the truth, then I am not a muslim." and he lied, then will he be excluded from the religion of Islam?
