Verbally abusing a Muslim for posting religious material on social media

Claiming that a disbeliever is a Muslim is a lie, not apostasy
Please, what is the ruling on lying to (two muslims) by telling them that a disbeliever is a muslim (though in the Muslim's heart, he does not believe that this disbeliever is a Muslim)?
