Why Allaah punishes some and gives others respite
AsalamualaykumI have a question - When does Allah intervene or cause miracles to happen or accept prayers. The Quran says that if Allah punished the wrong doers on the earth, there would be nothing left on it, but it then says that Allah destroys people and cities, how come Allah performs miracles in some situations and not in others, why does he intervene.. How he repents from using amulets in building his house
Ansallamu Aliakum Warahamtullahi Wabarakatuhu. Not forbidden to live in a city with no Masjid
Assalamu Alaikum My Husband and I live a city that has no Masjid. However, his 3 year old son lives there with his mother. My Question: Is it haram to live in the same city with his son but, no masjid or, move a way an hour to a city with a masjid and not see his son so much.Thank you,Aisha

Taking part in Red Nose Day in the UK
Asallam U Alaikum,In the Uk in they have a day in March. which is to raise money for charity called red nose day. They do it every other year. The children in schools wear their own clothes or something red and bring in money to send to poor people in Africa. It is nothing to do with religion just to raise money for poor. Why some scholars studied Kalaam theology though prohibited by the Salaf

Accepting the gift of an apostate
Please I had a sheik saying he doesn't think it is permissible for a Muslim to accept gift (money) from an apostate. He said it is like he's selling his Islam. And He added, had it been he is a disbeliever but not an apostate then gift can be accepted from him. So is that the case?

Saying that some people take their desires as their god is not kufr
Asallam U Alaikum, If a person said to another person in anger"if you make something more important than Allah subhana wa ta ala in your life (like money etc) Its your god, you have made it into". The person meant that this is wrong to do and they didn't mean it literally. Is this kufr statement(Allah forbid).
