Disposing of what has 'Makkah' written on it

Putting Ruqyah water on bottom of feet

Putting school bag containing Quran on floor
Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu. Can I take Hisn-ul-Muslim, the Quran, and Islamic books in my school bag? We keep the bags on the floor and sit in our chairs. Removing poster with Quranic verses from inappropriate place
If I see a poster on which verses from the Quran are written on the wall of a bakery shop, near the oven, and its colour has become brown or it has some dust on it, should I take it down or keep it there?
