Misses Lecture or Exam when He Prays in Congregation

I live in India and follow hanbali madhhab, the congregational prayer of asr is prayed at the time of necessity, as majority follows hanafi madhab, so my question is can I pray asr with congregation , delaying the time or should pray at home when the time of choice starts ?

Dentists Pray in Congregation in Dental Clinic as It Is Hard for Them to Go to Mosque

Lives Far; Is He Obliged To Attend Congregation?
Here in Germany the Masaajid are not allowed to make the Adhan loudly. The nearest Masjid to my home as per beeline (linear distance) is 1.27km away but the actual walking distance is 2.4km because the way is not straight and I have to walk through the city. I live in the fifth floor of our building and there is no elevator. This means that I need to walk downstairs and upstairs 5 times per day in order to go the mosque. Can this (absence of elevator) be an excuse for not going to the mosque?

Not Safe to Pray Fajr and Isha in Mosque
My parent does not allow me to go to the mosque which is 10 mins away from my home for fajr and Esha salah. Because of fear that someone might attack me.Also because of these recent events. Whether praying in congregation is Sunnah or obligation
Assalaamu alaykum. The majority of the scholars say that praying in congregation is a highly-regarded action of the Sunnah, but that it is not obligatory. This means that though one misses the reward for attending the congregation, one is not sinful. Please mention the evidence based on which the majority based their opinion.

Missing congregational prayer to stand guard
Assalaamu alaykum. Oftentimes, guards/policeman stand and supervise while the congregation is praying the obligatory prayer. Once the prayer has ended, they pray by themselves. Is that ok?
