My grandmother is 75 years old. She and I live together. My grandfather has just passed away and my grandmother is observing her Iddah. She has Parkinson's disease and cannot be left alone at home. Non-Muslim woman married a Muslim man and they are apart since about 6 months now waiting for the court to give everyone his rights and now she became a Muslim so is she allow to marry another man or she has to wait for the court and that could take about1year ? Please we live in Non-Muslim land.
