Invoking blessings upon the Prophet, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, eighty times on Friday

Wishing for death if one is very sick
Dear scholars, may peace be on you all. My question is: if someone become so sick that he is almost dying, then should I pray to Allah like this, “O Allaah, if there is good in his recovery, then cure him,” or should I pray, “O Allaah, cure him”? Which one is the proper supplication?

Money earned through violating state laws
Dear Shaykh, I run a transporting business in Qatar. There is a rule here that says that flat bed trailers should only load up to a maximum of 26 ton. Dealing with a scholar who takes money collected for building a masjid for himself
What should one do if he knows a scholar who collected money for a masjid and then stole that money for his personal gain. Should one inform the people of this? Also, when he was confronted, he cursed the person. Will the curse affect the person who confronted that scholar?

Replying to someone who gives greets from a distance

Supplications are accepted after reciting Al-Faatihah and the last verses of Al-Baqarah

Assalamu alaykum. I read a narration in Al-Marifah of Abu Nuaym Isfahani that Ibn Luhayʻahsaid that the Prophet, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, used to shake hands with men during the bay'ah (pledge of allegiance) but not with women. Is this particular narration sound? May Allaah reward you.
