Question
Is it permissible to employ Jinn when treating patients?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
Scholars differed in opinion regarding people employing Jinn. Some of them prohibited it totally because people do not have the ability to control Jinn and also the user may very likely violate Sharee‘ah rules. Therefore, they prohibit dealing with Jinn even if he is a Muslim and is employed to accomplish things that are permissible or even obligatory.
Ibn Taymiyyah 
permitted employing Jinn in obligatory and permissible acts but prohibited it in anything other than these.
