Question
assalamu alaikum, i am bit confused need your help , i took loan for house from an islamic bank for which iam paying my instalment regularly , i didnt used that money to buy house as couldnt find a good one yet, so that money is lying in my account from last 5months, now i planned to use some money from that to send my parents to umrah, can i use this money?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
There is nothing wrong with benefitting from this money as you wish in doing something allowable like paying for ‘Umrah for your parents.
