Question
I have ocd about inflicting hasad and evil eye on the people around me.How can i cure this?(Insight would be very helpful)
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
The only remedy for these whispers (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) is that you repel them, ignore them, and not pay any attention to them.
Whenever you see what you like, then seek blessing of Allah on it, and say Ma shaa’ Allah la Quwata illa billaah (What Allah willed [has occurred]; there is no power except in Allah). This will be sufficient for you, Allah willing, and if you doubt afterwards that you have affected it with evil eye, then just ignore this doubt and do not pay any attention to it.
