Salam, When looking for maniy discharge, are you required to just check the external private parts or internal as well. And what if you see discharge once you start washing private part, does it require ghusl. I'm struggling with waswas.JazakAllah
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
You have to resist such satanic whisperings and strive to get rid of them; indulging in such whisperings leads to a grave evil. Moreover, it is not incumbent on you to perform Ghusl (ritual bath) unless you are absolutely certain that you experienced a discharge of Maniyy (vaginal sexual fluid) with the conditions that necessitate Ghusl fulfilled, so much so that you can take an oath to confirm that. In the absence of such certainty, it is not obligatory on you to perform Ghusl. If you doubt the nature of the discharge that came out, you have the choice to consider it to be Maniyy or otherwise, and apply the relevant ruling. It is not required of you to examine the inside of the vagina to verify the discharge of Maniyy. Rather, Ghusl becomes obligatory when Maniyy comes out to the outer part of the vagina, which is visible when a woman sits down to relieve herself. As for the discharges that you see, they fall under the category of the wetness of the vagina (i.e., normal vaginal discharges), which does not require Ghusl.
Allah Knows best.
