Question
Assalamu alaikum sheikh1) what is evil touch by jinn and what it's cause, symptoms and cure and ruqya for it
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
Jinn’s possession means that the Jinn enters into man’s body in a manner that hurts the human being and causes him/her harm.
In the Quran, Allah, the Exalted, gives us an example of how the people who consume usury would rise from their graves on the Day of Resurrection for The Gathering. On that, He, the Almighty, Says (what means), {Those who consume interest cannot stand [on the Day of Resurrection] except as one stands who is being beaten by Satan into insanity.} [Quran, 2:275]
Commenting on this verse, Ibn Katheer 
said, “On the Day of Resurrection, those people who consume usury will get up from their graves just as the person afflicted by insanity or possessed by a demon would. Ibn ʿAbbaas said, ‘On the Day of Resurrection, those who consume usury will be resurrected while insane and suffering from seizures.’”
Sheikh Ibn Taymiyyah on his part, highlights the reason behind jinn’s entrance into man’s body, saying, “There are three reasons behind jinn’s entrance into man’s body: - (1) sometimes the jinni may have fallen in love with that person, and thus enters into his/her body to enjoy him/her. This is the easiest kind; (2) sometimes the man may have hurt them by urinating on them or by pouring hot water on them, killing some of them, etc. This is the most difficult kind. They (i.e. the jinn) mostly kill such people or trifle with them in the same way the foolish from the humans trifle with the wayfarer.”
As for the signs of being possessed by Jinn, the jinn might speak with the tongue of the afflicted person, cry, etc. As far as the treatment is concerned, it is by reciting the Ruqyah (i.e. invocation) from the Quran and the Sunnah.
