Removing a Tooth Does not Come under the Prohibition if Changing the Creation of Allah

Question

AS SALAAM ALAIKUM,I AM A 14 YEAR OLD TEENAGER AND ONE OF MY MILK TOOTH HASN'T FALLEN YET. I HAVE VISITED DIFFERENT DENTISTS AND THEY TELL ME TO GET THE MILK TOOTH REMOVED INORDER TO LET MY PERMANENT TOOTH WHICH IS BEHIND THE MILK TOOTH COME FORWARD. IF IN CASE I GET THE MILK TOOTH REMOVED AND THE PERMANENT TOOTH DOESN'T COME FORWARD, I WOULD HAVE TO GET BRACES. I SOMETIMES FEEL A LITTLE SENSITIVITY IN THE MILK TOOTH.CAN I GET THE MILK TOOTH REMOVED IN THIS CASE AND GET BRACES OR WOULD IT BE CHANGING THE CREATION OF ALLAH?PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION.JAZAKALLAH KHAIR.

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

There is no sin on you if you remove this tooth and install stents, if necessary since this comes under the instruction to seek medical treatment, which is totally irrelevant to the prohibition on changing the creation of Allah for which Allah Almighty Says (what means): {… and I will command them so they will change the creation of Allah.} [Quran 4:119] It is reported that the pious ancestors have explained this verse as either referring to castration or tattoos. There is a group of scholars who even explained it as “the religion of Allah.” Anyway, seeking medical treatment and removal of harm are not included in this very prohibition included in the verse.

Allah knows best.
