Then I divorced her for another problem. So 3 times and after that I 'm still sleeping with her. Is it Zina?

Answer

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam ( may Allaah exalt his mention ) is His slave and Messenger.

Dear brother,

We hope Allah will reward you for your seeking chastity in marriage avoiding what Allah has forbidden (Zina and other bad deeds).

First, we remind you that it is forbidden for you to get married to any woman who is not Muslim or is not from the People of The Book (Christians and Jews). Atheist, pagans and all other polytheist are forbidden for Muslims in marriage.

So, if the woman is from the lawful categories (Muslim, Christian or Jew) and you divorced her as mentioned in your question (i.e. three times), then she is forbidden to you till she gets married to another man and gets divorced from that man as Allah Says (what means): {And if he has divorced her (the third time), then she is not lawful unto him thereafter until she has married another husband. Then, if the other husband divorces her, it is no sin on both of them that they reunite, provided they feel that they can keep the limits ordained by Allah. These are the limits of Allah, which He makes plain for the people who have knowledge.} [Quran 2:230]. This means that the man who marries her does so for his own desire not for making her lawful to you.

So, since the Islamic ruling is now clear to you, you must separate from her right now as she is forbidden to you.
Moreover, we advise you, dear brother, to learn what is lawful and unlawful for you in your religion.

In fact, ignorance is forgiven only if there is no way to get knowledge. But knowledge nowadays is available through various means, (media - books - Internet…).

We hope you will learn your religion and not fall into sins again as it is the case now.

Allah knows best.
