During a time of Janabah am I allowed to pronounce the name of Allah, recite any verse of Qur'an or make any Dua', etc.?
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Supplicating Allah while a person is in a state of Janaabah (major impurity) is permissible. Imam Muslim and others narrated on the authority of ‘Aa’ishah that she said: “The Prophet used to supplicate Allah in all his situations.”
Making Du’aa' is also a supplication of Allah.
But according to the most correct opinion of the Muslim scholars reciting Quran while a person is in a state of Janaabah is not permissible.
Allah knows best.
