I have a wife and child and we three live with my parents, 2 brothers, and 1 sister. We only have one bedroom for ourselves and we have to share the rest of the house with the family. Now, my wife does not wear the Hijab and does not dress according to Shari'a requirements while in the home but she does so when she leaves. My question is, is it permissible for my father and brothers to see my wife in the home without the Hijab and is it okay for them to see her in shorts and T-shirts?
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Know that your brothers are not Mahaarim for your wife, and they are like all other non-Mahram men. So, she should not uncover any part of her body to them.

As for your father, he is a Mahram for your wife, so he can see from your wife what is permissible for Mahaarim; i.e., head, hands and feet according to the most correct opinion of Muslim scholars.
