Question
Can a lady wear gold chain on her leg?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
There is no sin for a woman to wear golden ankle chain or bracelet, because that is popular among women. Allah Says (what means): {And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment.} [Quran 24: 31]
It can be inferred from this verse that prohibiting women from stamping their feet is an indication that wearing golden ankle ornaments is allowed. This is as regards wearing golden ankle adornments.
