Question
My question is about a drink here in Australia made of ginger. This drink is made by fermenting the ginger using yeast which produces alcohol and after that they remove alcohol using heat and pressure. The drink produced in the end is a soft drink which means no matter how much you drink of it you will not get drunk and alcohol level in the blood will not reach more than 0.05%. is it Halal? Note: the owner of the factory is a Muslim person.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
