Question
I heard people saying don't comb your hair in front of the door. I am confused, I don't know if it was taught by our Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam). Is there any authentic Hadith saying this thing that don't comb hair in front of the door of the house?
Answer
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions. There is no Hadith backing what these people said. In fact, it is nothing but superstition and fairy tale which the Muslim should avoid completely and warn others from believing in them.
