Parents who are seperated spending time together

Please can you answer this question? I have been told by some sisters that you should keep your hijab on all the time even in the house as the angels see you, in the bathroom and even sleeping. Treating the elderly, especially women being alone with a marriageable woman

Being in a community where Hijab is not encouraged

Women-only physical training classes for Muslims
We have set up a voluntary organization to help the Muslim women and young girls in physical and educational training. Amusement park rides for Muslim women
I am new to Islam. My friends want me to accompany them on amusement park rides, but I do not think this is proper. It strikes me as being immodest of a chaste Islamic woman to make a spectacle of her in front of men this way, particular if they are Kuffar. Am I being overly scrupulous?
