Receiving phone messages to forward hadeeth
Assalaamu alaykum. I have heard a mufti say that if you receive a message on your mobile which says "If you forward this hadith, you will get rewards," it is completely forbidden to forward these types of messages as it can cause a person to lose his or her faith. Changing the wording of a hadeeth
Assalaam alaykum. During a discussion with a Christian, I referred to the hadith of the Prophet, sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam,that mentions that smiling to your brother is charity. The thing is is that I changed the word 'brother' to 'someone', so I said, "Smiling to someone is charity." My question is: does this constitute lying about the prophet?.. More
