Menstruating woman may touch Quran with translation or interpretation
You have stated in the Fatwa 81639, 85076, and 87869 that women can touch the Quran with translation or Tafseer if they have menses except Mushf one can you give me a Hadeeth or Quranic verse where you get that from. Which is better: reading the Quran or listening to it?

Keeping the Quran in the bedroom whilst changing clothes
People usually keep the Quran in their bed rooms. We usually change clothes in the same room. Is it ok to change dress in the same room where the Quran is kept? Implementing the Quran is more important than reading it
