His Parents Are Not Allowing Him to Attend the Prayer in the Mosque Due to Coronavirus

Attending a Second Jumu’ah in the Same Mosque
The closest masjid to my school holds 2 Jumuahs because there is not enough space for everyone and other masajid are too far away. I live in a small city with no mosques, there is only a small Islamic community with a small masjid, which I believe is inside their own house. Please, if I go to the mosque and discover that I have missed the Friday prayer, can I then pray the Dhuhr prayer there and then, or is it obligatory for me to go to another mosque that prays the Friday prayer later than the first mosque even if that involves having to use means of transport?

We work in an oilfield in the sea and live on board of a ship that does not sail but stands still in its place.
