One should not say decisively about an afflicted person that Allaah loves him

Expressing determination to do something without mentioning the Name of Allaah
Assalamu alaikum, If a person makes an oath to refrain from something, but later does that activity and gets some benefit from it, is that benefit haram for him? She suspects that her mother's money is partially unlawful
