Fatwa CenterHer husband is a liar and keeps driving around young girls
Question
can a woman ask for divorce if the husband is a liar and keeps driving aruound young girls even if he says they view her as theor dad? is it allowed for a man to have physical contact(like hugging ) with young girls(13-18 years of age)under the pretext that he takes them as his daughters?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
It is not permissible for a man to touch a young girl who is usually desired for sexual relationship if she is a non-Mahram (the Mahram is a woman whom one is permanently prohibited to marry due to suckling, marital or blood relations); for more benefit, please refer to Fataawa 18007 and 83682.
If this is in regard to touching, then hugging is more abominable and heinous and a husband who does such a thing is an evil husband.
As regards lying, then it is even more sinful and detestable as it is a grave major sin as we clarified in Fatwa 83479.
Indeed, each of these two sins is enough evidence of a person's dissoluteness. We have already issued Fatwa 90038 clarifying that a dissolute person according to the scholars 
is the one who committed a grave major sin and did not repent from it, or that he insists on committing a minor sin.
In fact, the scholars of the Hanbali School of jurisprudence consider the dissoluteness of the husband as a sound reason for the wife to ask for divorce. However, we do not advise you to hasten to ask for divorce; rather, you should advise him and frighten him with the punishment of Allaah as he might sincerely repent and return to Allaah.
