Question
why muslims are on the tip figure ,why they are labbled as terrirists?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
Allaah The Almighty has distinguished the Muslim nation with many characteristics; for instance, it is absolutely the best nation, and Allaah The Almighty blessed it with the best Prophet (Muhammad ) and favored it with the best revealed Book. Its religion is based on Tawheed (Islamic Monotheism; believing that none has the right to be worshipped but Allaah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth, and that we should devote all our acts of worship to Him alone without associating to Him any partners).
Thus, it is not strange that the Muslim nation is being targeted by other nations that have strayed from the truth, associate partners with Allaah The Almighty and worship people instead of worshipping Allaah The Almighty. Additionally, they sink into the mire of this worldly life and follow nothing but their desires. So how will a religion that forbids such matters not be an enemy to these people?
It is for this reason that the Muslim nation is targeted and envied by these people.
Allaah The Almighty Says (what means):
• {Many of the People of the Scripture wish they could turn you back to disbelief after you have believed, out of envy from themselves [even] after the truth has become clear to them. So pardon and overlook until Allaah delivers His command. Indeed, Allaah is over all things competent.} [Quran 2:109]
• {They wish you would disbelieve as they disbelieved so you would be alike. So do not take from among them allies until they emigrate for the cause of Allaah. But if they turn away [i.e. refuse], then seize them and kill them wherever you find them and take not from among them any ally or helper.} [Quran 4:89]
• {And never will the Jews and the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion. Say, “Indeed, the guidance of Allaah is the [only] guidance.” If you were to follow their desires after what has come to you of knowledge, you would have against Allaah no protector or helper.} [Quran 2:120]
As regards whoever says the term ‘terrorism’ implying transgression on other people without right and attributing it to Islam and the Muslims, then he is wrong, a liar and a transgressor by describing the Muslims by these terms. Indeed, history has never known a nation who is more merciful to people than the Muslim nation. However, if by this term, people refer to the acts of extremism that some Muslims do, then Islam is innocent from it. Indeed, the Muslims denied it and declared themselves free from it, and Fataawa (Islamic rulings) have been issued in its regard by the Council of Prominent Scholars and other Islamic authorities [that such acts are not permissible in Islam].
