Is continuous virginal discharge due to infection Impure ?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
The vaginal discharges coming out of the womb are known to jurists as the moistness of a woman’s vagina, and scholars differed in their views regarding them. Some of them are of the view that they are pure, which is the view we have chosen as the preponderant one in our previous fatwas. Yet, some scholars are of the view that they are impure.
The majority of Muslim scholars held that the moistness of the vagina that comes out from the inside of the vagina (released from the bladder) is impure, because it is an internal wetness, as for the one that comes out from the outer part of the vagina, that is the one that must be washed when performing ghusl and istinjaa', so it is pure.
Abu Haneefah 
and the Hanbalis held that the moistness of the vagina is absolutely pure.
And as a precaution to avoid the disagreement between scholars, one should take the saying that considers it impure and wash the parts of the garment or the body that are stained with it.
